Our Member Call Center located in PFP's Orange, Connecticut facility is a huge part of PFP's success with the credit union community. This investment into providing world class member service allows Family Security PlanŽ participants to call PFP's 1-800 line and obtain service on a policy.
As PFP has grown to serve credit union members in 17 states, technology has been the cornerstone that has fueled the ability to scale-up service. And now that PFP has exceeded 1,000,000 individual policies in force, the focus on technology has paid off. |

- We answer member questions and provide assistance from the moment a sale is made and for the life of the policy.
