As a natural extension to the superior member service provided by The Family Security Plan® representatives, a special follow-up system was developed and perfected called the "Annual Review." This program is unmatched in the financial services industry, and reinforces the value that our insurance program provides to credit union members.

Features Each policy holder receives a postcard on their policy anniversary date, reminding them that another year has passed and a member service representative would be contacting them soon. Outbound calls are made to each member to verify and update their often changing personal information and review their existing Family Security Plan coverage. Members are informed about potential gaps in their personal insurance plan. If a need exists, the member is given the opportunity to make changes to existing coverage or purchase additional coverage if they choose to do so. The Annual Review process is a continuation of the relationship we develop with each member who purchases The Family Security Plan®. It is yet another reason why members are drawn to the credit union as their primary financial institution - better service from people who care.
