The role of the Accounting Department is to ensure the integrity of the financial statements of PFP. The Accounting team is ultimately responsible for the payments of all travel and entertainment expense report reimbursement; budget and variance analysis; and operating expense payments.
The Business Analysis team generates and evaluates all sales reporting, metrics analysis, sales operations support and standard month-end sales reports.
The Business Development team supports the field by scheduling offsite visits for the field sales representatives, cultivating credit union relationships and reporting results.
The Call Center team, comprised of over 70 employees, is an inbound and outbound contact center providing customer service and sales through various channels. The team is divided into four departments: Sales (both inbound and outbound), Customer Care, Workforce Management and Call Center Training.
The Information Technology team is responsible for supporting technology management and implementation in support of our business objectives.
The Marketing team plays a vital role in strategizing and executing key tactics to build brand awareness and loyalty. The team has experts in all areas of marketing including creative design, customer experience, social and digital marketing, consumer insights, public relations and communications.
The Quality Assurance team oversees compliance and communication to ensure we are providing the highest level of service to our customers.

The exceptional PFP Sales team, comprised of over 150 representatives located throughout 17 states, presents and sells The Family Security Plan® to credit unions’ established membership base and other qualified customers. The different products sold at a reasonable cost are Whole Life, Disability Income, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance.
The award-winning Training and Development team helps employees reach immeasurable potential! No matter your past knowledge or experience in the insurance industry, PFP is confident that our Professional Attitude Training (PAT) provides skills and practices needed to succeed. PFP is built on the framework of continuous learning and development, which means constant reinforcement leadership training.
PFP offers a paid internship program that is available for rising collegiate juniors and seniors who are actively seeking professional experience in a corporate business environment. PFP is looking for interns who can bring their enthusiasm and know-how to sales and multiple departments across the company. You must have a strong, positive attitude towards contributing and learning daily business operations. And provide feedback, ideas and innovation. Interns will gain hands-on experience working directly with respective department managers to achieve their goals and tasks. This is a unique opportunity for interns to develop knowledge and understanding for specific departmental operations in a highly successful corporate office.
