PFP’s History With Outbound Calling Campaigns
PFP has been calling Family Security Plan® policyholders for well over a decade. The philosophy originated from the belief that our business will be more successful, and our policyholders more informed if, rather than remaining reactive, we become proactive in speaking to our policyholders about our Program on a regular basis.

PFP’s Annual Review Program has become one of our greatest service and sales assets. Our team makes over 2,000 outbound calls each day generating over 150 conversations about The Family Security Plan® products and services. We review each individual’s program to ensure they fully understand their current program, perform an updated needs analysis and answer any questions they may have. Upon completion of the review, our sales agents identify opportunities to fill the individual’s additional insurance needs.
